1、International Shipping Information
Newcoolstatue ships all of our orders internationally. Hence, Collectors are welcome to order from us regardless
of your Country of Residence.
Please note that Shipping Fees are NOT INCLUDED in any of the orders. We will contact the Customer for the
shipping fees quoted by our Partnered Parcel Service Provider. Customer will receive an Invoice once the shipping
costs are settled. Tracking information will be provided when the order is dispatched by our Partnered Parcel Service
Provider and the shipping is covered. Tracking information may takes a few days to appear at the Parcel Service
Provider database.
Generally, shipping to international address will take 7 – 10 business days via air or 40-50 days by sea depending
on the Country of Residence. However, it depends on the mode of shipment selected by the customer.
We would like for our customers to receive their figures fast and secure without any damages. Thank you for
your understanding.
If your item arrived damaged please contact me and I will do anything I can to help. I have no control over the
handling of the package when it is in transit. I do guarantee that the items inside the box are safe and packaged
as securely as possible.
1.1、What happens if I received a defect/ damaged item?
We take extreme care in packaging and item handling to minimize the risk of damaging the item. Even with these
safety measures in place, there is a 10-15% chance that a small piece of the figure gets damaged in transit due to
their nature/material. Almost all of our figures are made with resin which is fragile and brittle in nature. Hence, there
is a risk of damaging the parts and customer accepts and understand to this risk. However, please be assured that
these boxes are original and meant to keep your statue safe.
Customer is advised to contact us with pictures and videos as prove within 24 hours for us to escalate the issue and
seek compensation based on the damages.
NOTE: If you placed an order and chose to ship it by sea, you can use this website to track it with the tracking number

Please understand that sea transport takes a really long time. It is the cheapest option but you will have to wait for a long
period of time.
2、 Custom Taxes/ GST/ VAT
Under certain circumstances, some countries might impose certain custom charges, fees, or taxes for the goods that flow
through its border. Please not that it is customer’s responsible to pay for it, DaWeebStop will not be held responsible for
all the border related charges, fees, or taxes. Customers are advised to check with the relevant Government Agencies/
